Beginner:
Class is designed to set you up for success on your yoga journey. All modifications will be shown to begin building strength and flexibility.
Any Level:
Class is designed for any level of participation. If you are comfortable with your limitations, feel free to enter into any variation to make this practice your own!
Intermediate:
Class is designed for students who are comfortable their limitations. We will take practice to the next level, intensity and work with inversions.
